Meeting with Rt Hon Mel Stride MP, Shadow Chancellor

Dr Ashraf Chohan had a constructive and in-depth discussion with Rt Hon Mel Stride regarding the current challenges facing the Conservative Party and the NHS. They explored the internal differences within the party, the public’s concerns regarding NHS delivery, and the urgent need to reconnect with core Conservative values while modernising public services. Dr Chohan emphasised the importance of clear communication, frontline empowerment, and innovative funding strategies. Both agreed on the critical need to rebuild public trust and reinvigorate party vision to once again establish the Conservatives as the natural party of leadership, reform, and national service.
